About the game

NetEnt’s BlackJack Pro offers a casino experience very close to reality, allowing you to enjoy experience from your comfortable home. It is appropriate both for experienced players and rookies, as the rules are quite straight-forward. The classy background music is appropriate and what you’d expect to hear in such a context.

In BlackJack Pro, you play against the computer, with up to 3 hands. The goal of the game is to collect in one hand a number of points closest to or equal to 21. If you reach a higher number, you immediately lose, and this is called a Bust. The cards between 2 and 10 have the same number of points as their face value, aces count either as 1 or as 11, and the Jack, Queen and King are worth 10 points each. Of course, there is a move called Natural Blackjack, which implies that you get a card that is worth 10 points, together with an Ace, and this beats any other kind of card combination.

To play this online casino cards game, first you’re dealt two cards for each hand. The dealer also draws two cards, but only reveals one of them and check the other one for BlackJack. Then you place your bets, on any hands you want, using chips that are worth 1, 5 or 10 credits. You can double the bet (but then you are only given one more card), ask for another card until you’re satisfied with the number of points, or stand when you’re ready. If the dealer has a score closer to 21, you lose. If there is a draw, you get your money back and it is called a Push. Or, of course, you’re lucky enough and you win, which can be done easily after some practice, as the rules aren’t too complicated.

The player also has the insurance option, when the first of the dealer’s cards is an Ace and you pay half the bet. Then, if the dealer has a Blackjack, you are payed off with a ratio of 2:1. Quite advantageous, indeed.

Another feature is called a Split. If one of your hands has 2 cards of the same kind, you’re allowed to use it, thus also doubling your bet. Then you can go on adding cards to the split hands, but you can’t get a Natural BlackJack in any of them.

The Verdict

Sounds good enough? Blackjack pro is as close as you get to the real deal. All you have to do is sit back, watch the cards, and let the winnings begin.
