About the Game
Blackjack is one of the most popular games to play on online casino. To start the game, you must select how much you would like to bet, the amount you wish you bet can vary usually between £1 up to £100. Once you have selected how much you wish to bet you click the ‘deal’ button to initiate the card dealing.
The game is played using 6 decks, reshuffled after every hand. Each of the cards different values. Cards 2 to 10 are worth their face value. Jacks, queens, and king are worth 10 and aces are worth either 1 or 11. After you been dealt your hand of cards you will be giving the option to Hit, Stand or Double Down. You will also be given the chance to select the split option if you have been dealt a pair. After you’ve selected one cards will be dealt to both you and the dealer. Once the hand is over you will either be paid money or have your bet taken depending on what the hand reveals. You will then be give the option to re-bet which will place the same amount on the next hand or you can choose how much you want bet yourself.
The objective of the game is for the player to come as close to the number 21 as possible without going over that amount. If the player’s card total is closer to 21 than the dealer’s is then the player wins, the play will also win if the dealer’s card is over the value of 21. If the dealer’s cards are equal to 21 but is made up on 3 of more cards, then the player wins. If the player’s cards are over 21 then they lose. The option to play one or two hands against the dealer is also available. You have Blackjack when the first 2 cards equal 21.
